For the next four days, Jesse and I are stepping away from our day-to-day work and heading off on a company retreat. It's not about hammocks and river views (although we wouldn't complain); it's about something even more important, getting back to the heart of why we do what we do.

At PlusCode, we believe that building great websites and helping local businesses grow starts with clarity, intention, and purpose. This retreat is our time to zoom out and ask the big questions:
