Partnering with Catalyst Ypsilanti meant building a digital home for a one-of-a-kind fundraising consultancy led by Regan Hizer, a strategist with 25+ years of experience helping nonprofits build the infrastructure they need to thrive. Regan's work is deeply relational and community-rooted, so the site needed to reflect that same warmth and credibility. The goal was a presence that felt professional and polished, while still human enough to put a first-time visitor at ease.

Purpose:

This project was about earning trust before the first conversation. Regan works with nonprofits that are often under-resourced and skeptical of outside consultants, so the site needed to communicate competence without feeling corporate or transactional. We focused on clear messaging, authentic voice, and a structure that guided visitors naturally toward reaching out, turning a casual search into a confident connection.
