Over Budget Project?

By PlusCode

Yesterday I was on a Zoom call, when someone popped the question: "Has PlusCode ever gone over budget on a project?" And, honestly, I was a little taken aback. Was it really the norm for website design companies to constantly exceed their budget? Yikes!

But, fear not! Here at PlusCode, we pride ourselves on our kickass process. We start by getting to know everything there is to know about you and your company. We wanna know how you got started, why you're passionate about your community, and all that juicy stuff. Then, we do some research to figure out the best way to connect with your primary audience.

From there, we create a plan that includes all the high-level functions, pages, and even sections on each page. And, here's the kicker, we have a discussion with you, our lovely customer, about said plan! Crazy concept, right?

Of course, we're only human, and sometimes we come up with some seriously amazing ideas during the development process that fall outside the scope of the original plan. When this happens, we have four options:

  1. We find a way to fit it in without costing you anything.

  2. We remove a less important part of the website to make room for the new idea.

  3. You decide you absolutely need the new idea, and we quote you a price and agree before doing any extra work.

  4. We add it to the future version list, to revisit after the website launches as a separate project.

But, no matter what, we always make sure to have an open and clear conversation with you. We believe in the approach of "Until You Love It," which means we'll keep working until you're happy and ready to move forward. And trust us, our process works. Our goal is to create something that we're all proud of, without any surprises along the way.

So, if you want to create a website that's as awesome as you are (or maybe even more awesome, if that's possible), reach out to us. We'll make it happen, and we'll have some laughs along the way.
